Janvi Niranjan has been doing speech and debate for over 6 years. Her commitment to public speaking had led speech and debate to becoming one of her biggest passions and has fueled her love for advocacy, helping others and inspiring students to use their voices. Her vast competitive achievements include placing top 50 nationally in public forum debate, top 20 at the CA state championships for informative speaking and placing 15th at the 2024 Stanford invitational. Aside from being a nationally recognized speaker and debater she also has extensive coaching experience. She has been coaching with LPI for over 4 years and is the head coach of her high schools junior debate team. She is most passionate about supporting educational equity, both through LPI and through her own endeavors as well as  inspiring future leaders.

Diya Nair has a strong background in Speech and Debate and Model United Nations, with awards in state and national recognition in both. Furthermore, Diya has also distinguished herself as a Girls State delegate, part of the 1% of highschool girls nominated to attend, furthering her  commitment to leadership and civic engagement. This dedication to fostering leadership skills is reflected in her role as co-founder LPI, where she empowers others to develop their communication and confidence. Complementing her leadership and public speaking endeavors, Diya has a keen interest in communication through the lens of technology. Furthermore, she is also  passionate about exploring how we can enhance and transform the way we connect and share ideas, especially through communication.
